As an avid fitness enthusiast for over a decade and a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach for the past two years, I have found immense value in cultivating an active and healthy lifestyle in both myself and in others. Personal Training
One-on-one, in-person 60-minute sessions tailored to your goals and that fit into a weekly regimen designed to work every major muscle group, plus cardio and core training.
$100 - 1 PT session (first time is BOGO; then $100 per additional one-off session)
$360 - 6 PT sessions ($60 per session)
$660 - 12 PT sessions ($55 per session)
$1200 - 24 PT sessions ($50 per session)
$1920 - 48 PT sessions ($40 per session)
Written Plans
Personalized exercise programs, nutrition guidelines, and meal plans for supporting your training and maximizing your results.
$75 - Workout Plan (full week of exercise programming with instructions on how to progress week to week)
$75 - Personalized Macros and Calories Nutrition Guide
$200 - Personalized Macros and Calories Nutrition Guide + Meal Plan + optional 3 discounted ($45) follow-up video meetings (at least 1 week between meetings)
$250 - Personalized Macros and Calories Nutrition Guide + Meal Plan + Workout Plan + optional 5 discounted ($40) follow-up video meetings (at least 1 week between meetings)
